Oath keeper's answer

I asked in my Oath Keepers post:
In their Orders they will not obey (3) they say:

"We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal."

Would this mean that they wouldn't be able to detain John Walker Lindh, the American Taliban?

Their Response:
No. And this refers to a broader scale, for instance many groups such as Ron Paul supporters and veterans returning from the Gulf War were labeled in the MIAC (Missouri Information Analysis Center)report in the spring as "domestic terrorists." It refers to more situations like that.

Lindh was a traitor in my book.
